Brian Andrews is in charge of the maintenance of the LIFE Fellowship buildings and grounds. It is an awesome task, considering the facilities are used nearly every day by hundreds of people. In addition to his regular duties, Brian is often called upon to help with construction and renovation. In fact, Brian, along with his helpers, built the beautiful waterfall at the front of our church property! With his amazing manual skills, we are blessed to have him working with us in the ministries of LIFE!
Brian is married to Holly, and is a Daddy to Marshall, Taylor, and Carter.
IABC EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
As Executive Secretary of IABC, Holly Andrews is the person who implements the directives of the officers of the International Association of Biblical Counselors. She administers the membership and certification of counselors across the globe and coordinates communication between members of the Board of Directors.
One of her major duties is to organize the annual Bible Conference of IABC. This involves directing scores of volunteers and requires months of planning.
Holly also serves as a secretary for LIFE Fellowship and helps in leading Joyful Living Women's Ministries. She leads out in Bible Studies and is a Certified Biblical Counselor with IABC.
Holly has been married to Brian Andrews since 2000, and is the mother of Marshall and twins Taylor Mackenzie and Carter Matthew.
Associate Pastor/Young Marrieds
Dan's responsibilities range all over as do all the staff members of LIFE Fellowship. He is privileged to lead out the Young Marrieds ministry as he also ministers in the Men's ministry, church administration, radio, discipleship, counseling, etc...
Dan is joyfully married to Sarah, his partner in ministry. They have three little girls, Morgan, Kerith and Ruby, who continue to produce daily smiles for Dan and Sarah. Their prayer is to walk closer to Christ everyday and be a beacon of God's grace as He continues to work in their lives.
Dr. Ed Bulkley has been a pastor for over 40 years. In 1979, with the encouragement of a few key families, Ed and his wife Marlowe founded LIFE Fellowship, an independent Bible church and counseling ministry. The church currently ministers to hundreds of families and enjoys a new worship center seating more than 1300. LIFE operates a counseling and education center, as well as LIFE Christian Academy for grades K-3-12th Grade.
It is the vision of LIFE Fellowship to provide genuine Biblical counseling and training at the local and national level. Author of internationally acclaimed books, Why Christians Can't Trust Psychology, Only God Can Heal the Wounded Heart, and How Big is Your God?, Dr. Bulkley produced and hosted the national radio broadcast, Return to the Word, which aired nationally for nearly 15 years. In his book, Why Christians Can't Trust Psychology, Ed responds to the destruction that he saw in people's lives after they received psychological counseling. He explains why Christians have turned from the Bible to secular psychological concepts to try to heal mental and emotional problems, and why psychological counseling has failed to produce the healing that was promised.
Ed hopes to challenge pastors throughout the nation to regain their confidence in the Word of God and to reclaim the healing of souls as a ministry of the Church. Dr. Bulkley is the President of the International Association of Biblical Counselors, a group committed to training and certifying genuine Biblical counselors.
Ed completed his undergraduate work at Moody Bible Institute and the University of Colorado. He earned his Master's Degree in Religious Education from Denver Conservative Baptist Theological Seminary and his Ph.D. in Biblical Counseling from Trinity Theological Seminary.
Ed and Marlowe have been married for more than 40 wonderful years. They enjoy their growing family of three daughters, a son, three sons-in-law, a daughter-in-law and twelve grandchildren. Pastor & Marlowe reside in Broomfield, Colorado.
Marlowe Bulkley - Secretary
Marlowe has served with her husband Pastor Ed for over 40 years in ministry. Together they have had numerous opportunities to travel and teach around the country as well as in Germany and Canada. Her greatest joy is having their four children involved in ministry with them at LIFE as well as “the cutest grandchildren, to keep her young and active!”
Marlowe is the wife of Dr. Ed Bulkley, president of IABC (International Association of Biblical Counselors) and host of the national radio broadcast Return to the Word. Having worked by his side for over 40 years as a pastor's wife, Marlowe has had numerous opportunities to share Biblical principles at seminars, retreats, conferences, radio and television interviews as well as teaching the women at her home church. She has her Master's Degree in Biblical Studies and just had her first book published: Laughing Your Way Through Menopause.
Marlowe is the mother of her own "4 H Club": Heidi, Holly, Heather and Hans Daniel, who presently along with their spouses have chosen to come along side to minister with them at their church. Her newest joys are the addition of twelve grandchildren eight and under, with two sets of twins to two of her daughters.
Her sense of humor, along with the truth of applying God's Word from her own heart is refreshing.
God has given Marlowe numerous opportunities to share Biblical principles at seminars, retreats, conferences, radio and television interviews not only here in the United States, but recently in Germany. Interesting Fact:
The first language she ever spoke was Swahili while her parents were serving as missionaries in Tanzania.

Gene Huff - Construction Superintendent, retired
Gene Huff was responsible to oversee the construction programs of LIFE Fellowship. Under his able leadership, our church has completed five major projects. As a volunteer, he is currently in charge of keeping our phone system up and running. Coming from a background in farming and communications, he is ideally suited for these tasks.
Gene is happily married to his sweet wife, Nelda, and the proud grandpa of Adilene, Brandon, and Justin.
NELDA HUFF - PRAYER CHAIN
Nelda directs our Prayer Chain and is the soft southern voice you may hear when you call for prayer support. She helps to put people at ease and expresses the gentle tone our church is known for.
Nelda is married to Gene Huff and is the proud grandma of Adilene, Brandon, and Justin.
Cheryl Ice - Children's Director
Cheryl Ice is Director of Adventure Life, our children's Sunday School program. Her husband, Justin, is the Commander of our AWANA Club. Together, they touch hundreds of lives each week for the Lord.
Luke has been working as Facilities assistant at LIFE Fellowship since his days in high school back in 2000. After graduating, he came on staff full-time and works along side Brian Andrews in keeping the building and grounds of LIFE functioning and beautiful. Luke helped in the building of the waterfall out on Sheridan.
You'll never see Luke without a smile. His joy is infectious, and he is a skilled and valuable part of the staff of LIFE Fellowship.
Luke has been married to Lindsey since 2003 and is Daddy to Titus & Micah.
Pastor Michael Martin - Children's Ministries
Michael is a native of Denver and now calls Thornton home. Michael attended LIFE Fellowship as a child and remembers the “Caraway Street” children’s church LIFE offered when the church met at the old Northglenn Twin Theater in the early eighties.
Michael came to Christ while in the fourth grade and re-dedicated himself to Christ in 1992. Michael graduated from the Denver Art Institute in 1989 and worked as a graphic artist for the King Soopers advertising department before becoming a full-time church staff member in 2000.
Michael and his wife, Heidi, created the TruthQuest Children’s Ministries in 1999 with the intent to create a new, exciting, and novel approach to children’s ministry. Through God’s blessings, TruthQuest is now reaching into many churches across the nation. Standing at over 6’ 5” tall, Michael is often asked some fairly predictable questions. The answers? "Six-foot-five, the weather’s fine, and I DON’T play basketball!"
Pastor Mark Montgomery - Youth Pastor
Mark is the newest staff member, hailing all the way from Ireland. In spite of the small pond in between the two places, he is making himself at home here in Colorado. In July 2007 Mark married his beautiful wife Courtney and they are enjoying getting to grips with ministry together.
Mark came to know Christ Jesus as Savior back in May of 1991. Before he graduated from high school he felt God calling him into ministry. In 2004 through to 2006, he attended the Irish Bible Institute in Dublin. While there he enjoyed the not only the academic side but also the family atmosphere of the Institute. One of the things gleaned from I.B.I was the motto of the Institute, 'Head, Heart and Hands'. Combined with James 1:22, 'Do not merely be hearers of the word and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.', this has become a theme running through Mark's ministry.
Mark has been youth pastor here at LIFE Fellowship since February 2007. Now with Courtney he has been seeking to develop personal, honest and trusting relationships with the youth. They are striving and longing to see God raise up a body of young people determined to follow after the Lord and keep in step with His word on a day to day and very practical way. Mark's sense of humor, Irish brogue and red hair are becoming more and more familiar around the church.
After working in the public school system for over 25 years, Karen "retired" to come and minister alongside her husband, Ray, and the other ministry staff at LIFE Fellowship. Karen serves as the Office Manager in the church offices. Answering the phones, keeping records, publishing our weekly bulletins and counseing are only the tips of the iceberg of Karen's functions in the office. She also loves decorating the building and serves as our wedding coordinator.
Karen has been married to Ray for 41 years. They have three grown children, 6 grandsons, and 1 great-granddaughter.
LIFE Fellowship is blessed to have such a wonderful couple serving on our ministry staff!
Ray Sheehan - Return to the Word Engineer
Ray Sheehan was the engineer for Return to the Word, our national radio broadcast, for nearly 15 years. He posted the daily program on the Internet so listeners could download the program from anywhere in the world.
Ray is also one of the Elders of LIFE FELLOWSHIP and serves as a volunteer in the music department and in other ministries.
Ray's faithfulness and dependability make him a vital part of our ministries!
PASTOR BRADY THORNTON - Pastor of Frederick Campus
Pastor Brady Thornton serves as lead pastor of LIFE Fellowship Frederick. He, with his wife Heather, began this daughter church of LIFE Westminster in March 2007. With a lot of sweat and dedication, Brady and the body at Frederick are making a great difference in the community of Frederick.
Brady and Heather have been married over 10 years and have four children. Heather ministers alongside Brady while also homeschooling their children.
